      What can I say? I felt totally exhausted by reading what I consider to be an extraordinary masterpiece of biography. Oliver Reed lived life to the fullest, possibly like no other person I have ever known. If felt like you could not catch up with him. Always at a fast pace. At the same time, it seemed like he was caught up with encountered feelings of abandonment, betrayal, resentment, anger, all combined. Despite all, Oliver always felt comfortable in his own skin. He was such a pleaser and really down to earth. He reminds me of a song Hath Brooks sung "I have friends in low places where the whiskey drowns and the beer chases my blues away, and it feels okay". His demise at such a young age, was a touch of grace because more than likely that is the way he wanted to go. At the end, he was ...
