Excellent product to fine grind. Swiitch could be of better quality.
This is my second A Hamilton Beach Coffee grinder. First one the switch gave out after about a year of use. It will grind better than many other brands. Great for pepper and other spices.

Not the same as the pictured brand.
Spice grinder is not the same brand that is pictured. The grinding chamber is not removable to clean ( the one pictured has a removable chamber). Going to keep this one. Don’t know how long it will last (the brand pictured lasted many years).

Looks nice - but
If one looks at the rather pretty design carefully one notices that the top is wider than the bottom. This makes it very easy to knock over - spilling the contents. The cord is short and lengthens which should be a clever devise but turns out to be a pain to use as I only have two hands. Getting the coffee out of the area in which it is ground ends with a great deal of coffee on the counter and very little in the container into which one is directing it. I will in time figure out precisely how many beans I need to put in the grinder but as of now I have to find or buy a storage container for a spoon or two of coffee or perform two grindings every time I want two cups of coffee.If one looks at the rather pretty design carefully one notices that the top is wider than the bottom. Efficient
The item is very quiet and very efficient at pulverizing or crushing things into a fine powder. I use it to blend up my dogs vitamins and supplements ( she will not eat them in pill form ) and then put them into her food. This item blends them so fine that when you add water it turns them into almost a gravy. Its very nice that the cord winds up around the bottom of the device and stows away. The only complaint I have is that the lid seems to crack very easily ...
