I had some issues with a (now former) employee neglecting to ship parts and then leaving me high and dry while I was away on vacation, after which I unfortunately had to refund you, as I wasn't able to fulfill the order. I take full responsibility for the mixup, and won't ask you to change your review, as it accurately represents your experience. I would like to apologize again and note that this is the only negative review I've gotten
