All 3 bags of chips had small holes in them. Like tiny punctures on the side or the top of the bag. Leaving the chips stale. There is a no return policy with this seller. The thing is I actually love this flavor. It is sweet and salty. The facts are the seller packed the bags of chips in a box too small, the box was beaten up when it finally arrive late. I had a problem with the tracking num. Tried contacting the seller but I never got a response. Bad experience all together.

It is a known issue with all chip makers that bag can pop. A bag expands and the seam pops. We replace any bag that pops. The box wasn't too small. If we use a bigger box, chips will arrive like crumbs. Tracking number is listed in the ebay order details and I provided the USPS tracking status. It does look like USPS was pretty ruff but that's out of our hands... except for a claim if necessary. I'm here and answer all emails/messages. See email I sent you.

Even though we don't guarantee chocolate won't melt I still send replacement. Yes - I did explain chocolate can be reheated and used after melting. After I sent chips she wanted the entire kits replaced. I thought she didn't make fudge because chips didn't look good. The sugar and evaporated milk should be resent because......??
