The picture in the listing was flat on and didn't show the SEVEN spine ticks in the comic, nor the color rub. The seller never mentioned this damage in the listing and did not highlight it in the pictures . There are too many sellers like this on ebay recently, and they shouldn't be allowed to misrepresent items. It shouldn't be put on the buyer to hassle with returns and nonsense when they did nothing wrong. Misrepresenting shouldn't be tolerated on ebay, ever.

Blatant shakedown, stop me if you heard this one, as old as eBay. Buyer returned an empty box for refund. What a POS. Put this guy in your blocked buyers list. Case is opened with eBay, mail fraud report opened with USPS as well. Hopefully they prosecute.
