Seller listed an OHC graphic novel as "Brand New." Arrived in single thin layer of bubble wrap and brown paper. Corners dented. No shrink wrap. Extensive damage to top of spine that looked exactly like wear and tear. Not a brand new item. Contacted seller (with pics) and suggested maybe they had sent wrong item, giving them an out. Seller was belligerent and flatly refused refund. Claimed photos were fraudulent and that their reputation was just fine. eBay disagreed. Avoid.
