    Poster had a grease stain. Seller responded quickly saying he'd send new one or 30% refund. I asked why only partial refund for defective item- no response. Instead sent new tracking #. Replacement was packed terribly arriving crushed. Seemed passive aggressive as it was packed completely different than initial one. Never even got an apology and it ruined my husband's Christmas gift. Requested refund and did get one quickly. I'm a seller and tend to be forgiving, but this was unprofessional.
