This is a lovely skirt. It was packaged well and arrived very quickly. The waist measurement was given and did seem big for size 16, but I thought it could use a belt. Very sadly, though, I found the skirt in general was much too big for me. This lovely seller was so understanding and said it was no problem for me to return it ( I did pay return pp of course)..The seller made it extremely easy for me. .
