Unfortunately, the tea kettle I ordered arrived with the handle broken off; something that must have occurred in transit. The item was well packaged so I can't fault the seller. Also, when contacted with pictures of the damaged item, the seller responded quickly and promptly refunded the purchase price of the item. Based on the responsiveness of the seller to the problem and my belief that the damage was due to the shipper, not due to packaging I would buy again from this seller.
