item was not "like new" condition by any stretch but likely incurred way more damage in shipping since it was just placed in a manila envelope with not even a backer board to support the comic. Guess I've been fortunate in that in all the comics I have purchased on Ebay over the years, I have never had one with this lack of care for the comic. On a positive, the shipping costs were cheap and it arrived fast as it was scrunched in my mailbox.
