I tried contacting seller. Didn’t care.
First off it wasn’t in sealed box. It was previously opened. Therefore not NEW. Secondly. Adjusting lever was not working properly because of a broken retaining clip. Thirdly. The wand was not standard threads so because of that it wouldn’t screw on correctly. My remedy because seller wouldn’t help was to buy a new shower wand with hose and a new retaining clip at a cost of $47.89 plus tax. Almost as much as the item price. Be careful who you buy from.
