So I reached out to the seller and they and I were able to work out the situation to the pleasure of both of us. The shipping was super fast! I then ordered a 6 1/2 and they fit perfect. So the shoe does run large in width and length. But the seller was quick to make adjustments . I would rate them highly and recommend them without hesitation.

As well as receiving a full refund, the seller generously supplied me with a postage paid return label. I would purchase from this seller again in the future.
