Description did not disclose that pin is unwearable because one of the crystals is missing. This is pretty a pretty major issue that should have been disclosed. Sent a message to seller about this with no response

No message was ever received from buyer. I was never given the chance to help the buyer. The buyer just went straight to negative feedback!! There was nothing wrong with the pin and no crystals missing as you can see in the listing pictures. I would have worked with the buyer to return for a refund! All crystals were in place when I shipped this as shown in all of the pictures. I wish you would have contacted me, I take care of my customers and want them to be happy!!
