Item I received was not the item I purchased. Item in seller's picture had an intact case - item I received had a broken case held together with black tape, covered in epoxy and with a big hole in the bottom. Item was functional. I contacted seller and he refunded half the purchase price. Overall, what I paid was fair for the condition, but I would not have purchased it had the true condition been presented in the listing. That's why I am giving this a Neutral rating.
