It is nicer when there is actually "tracking" info on a package. I was advised when it was shipped but no progress info was ever posted during the package journey. It arrived within the time frame quoted however. The product seems very sturdy and should stop the rattling and shaking I get from my receiver hitch. Heavy duty.
