100 precent satisfied. fast turn around as this is a repair service and not a product for sell. Service is what they sell with a 100 % warranty. My Radio was 100 % broke and now it works as if it just came out of the factory. If I ever need another radio repaired, guess who I'll send it to. "Speedy Service" when I thought I had a problem with the clock setting, I called and Igor, a service tech, told me exactly to do and it worked..
