Lenovo T430 Mini dock with usb3
Nice desktop dock that has all of the needed connections for my T430 (or T440 if you have that model). I just wish it had one more usb 3 connector on the back. For some reason the sound takes about a 20 % volume hit /reduction when plugged into this dock. Other than those two minor issues its a great dock for any desktop

Worked as expected.
Works as advertised. It came without a power supply but I just used my computer ps and it worked very well. The laptop snapped right in and no problems thus far. All the ports that I tested worked. It does not have hdmi but I just attached converters to the both the display port and dvi and they both worked on my hdmi monitor.

The excellence I expect from a NIB Lenovo product.
It is a perfect NIB docking station. I have not yet finished fully utilizing it to create an enhanced desktop station for my T430, but it has more capabilities than I will use in my project. The one thing that cost it a star is that there are no USB ports following the standard color coding to distinguish that they are USB3. That may or may not mean that all of the ports are USB 3.0. I don't like that I will have to experiment to find out.It is a perfect NIB docking station. Perfect for people who use their laptops as their main computer at home or work.
Works perfectly with my W530 laptop. Just connect all your cables (monitor, audio, USB hubs, power, etc.) to the dock and then you can drop the laptop onto it and everything is ready to go.
