    Peter Pan DVD

    My daughter likes the movie but the movie came in a plastic sleeve - no "case" which creates additional expense: One must purchase a case for the DVD. This increases the overall cost of the DVD. The lack of a case was not mentioned in the ad. Why should the seller make the purchaser aware of this? The seller has absolutely no reason to do so. Ebay is quite LAX in the support of the purchaser. Ebay is "all about" keeping the seller happy. Welcome to Ebay's lack of support for the purchaser. However...if the SELLER has even the slightest dissatisfaction with the purchaser, EBAY would JUMP to provide support for the seller, placing a "strike" against the individual that is actually FUNDING EBAYS FEES (the buyer).     By Far, The Best Musical Ever!!!!!

    I loved this musical from the first time I saw it. Mary Martin to me will always be the real Peter Pan. Though I have only saw her in the movie. I did see Sandy Duncan on Broadway, playing Peter Pan, and she was almost as good. This is a musical that adults as well as children will love. Just the fact, that there is a place like Never Never Land, where you can live, and never grow up, or get old or have any responsiblities, gives a person hope. Too bad, it's not true. But when you are a child, anything is possible. The music in this musical is great. It makes you want to sing along with the soundtrack. When I saw it on Broadway, my sister in law was singing along quietly to my son, who was 8 at the time, and the people behind us asked if she was Sandy Duncan's understudy! She could have ...

    Classic Disney ~ Good, Clean, Family entertainment.

    One of Disney's true classics. I love (and so do my kids) the older Disney movies. The ones that used real music. I personally never recommend the new 2 disc special edtions of old disney movies. The two disc set is just an extra disc mainly of new videos of the old original songs. Its nothing more than free advertisement for Disneys young rock stars in training while they slaughter and ruin a great bit of music. I highly recommend the 1999 version as it doesn't have all that extra junk. It only includes a wonderful, magical movie.

    Peter Pan [Limited Release]

    This is the first release on DVD. This DVD has no extra material but the movie alone is all you would want. The picture quality is the best I ever seen better than any LaserDisc or VHS transpher. The sound recording is crisp and clear and has been modified so sounds come alive (exploding bomb sequence). This is certainly the best movie that Disney produced in the 50's and is an all time family fav. Check out this beloved film and remember all children except one grow up.........Peter Pan.
