According to the delivery service, the buyer was notified that the package had arrived, but did not come to the post office to receive it. The parcel remained at the post office for 30 days. Next, the buyer opened a request to return the parcel, but did not complete the return and closed the request. And at the moment its whereabouts are unknown, and I haven’t received it back either.
