Item arrived over 4 days later then itwas supposed to and caused drama as this order was very time sensitive. Seller didn't repsond to emails or try to actually solve the issue. I was NOT impressed with this seller. If you just want something shipped, with no help from the seller if something goes wrong use this seller. Otherwise I would chhoose another seller. When I items arrived (very late) it was in good condition and as advertised.

Wonderful response to getting my package on time! The carrier UPS told me that their was a technical issue getting the package on time but it would be resolved in a day! Everything was vacuum packed and would expand once the seal was broken! It was far easier to get a completely new set than to try and dryclean the comforter!
