No correspondence at all . Was not what I ordered. No return adress .and no reply after I had mailed the seller 4 times ,These had printed writing on , which was not what I ordered. Totally dissatisfied with the seller and the product . And return adress so now I'm out of pocket £17 ..who wants carpet treads with that wrote on them .ruined the whole look .

The item(s) arrived with a ‘slogan’ written on each piece. I had pre vividly written several times to the seller with regards to the item not being despatched with no response. Item arrived on day 7 although it said delivery would be 3-5 days. Total waste of my time. Now have to start again.
