Overall a very good experience buying from Joe and Sim Wales. Initially he took time to message me during his vacation on some questions I had. The USB TQ shipped and arrived as planned. Packing was great with lots of protective foam and bubble wrap. The TQ looks great and is well-built. It was plug and play with Windows 10 and easy to calibrate and set up for Microsoft FS2020. First few flights felt really good and I am sure the next ones will too.
