    a textbook by the original beeekeeper

    A must for anyone becoming a beekeeper - very thorough, tells about beekeeping through history. Amazingly, beekeeping has changed very little, has vivid descriptions of the honey bee and it's importance to human life and our food source.

    must have book for all beekeepers. lots of great information about beekeeping in general and addresses many specific problems keepers could encounter such as varroa mites and american foul brood.

    I am new to the beekeeping world so any books i get is a help.this book goes way back in history an is very intersting to read. It is a litrle over my head but qs i reqd parts of it it makes alot of since. Its a very informative book that i would recomend all bee prople to have.
