Being A Green Mother
This is the 5th book in the Incarnations of Immortality series. It's about Orb who faces the desicion to follow her dreams of finding the Llano, and whether to eventually become mother nature. (the twist at the end is abesolute best part!) This would have to be my second favorite book in the series. (the one that comes after it, For Love of Evil, would be my favorite) This book follows the journeys and the choices that this spirited woman has to face. It takes you to many different parts of the world and exposes the reader to a variety of cultures and beliefs. Although fantasy, some of the choices Orb has to make, based on her circumstances, are very similar to ones of people in our mundane world. And of course like any of Anthony's novels the imagery is breathtaking. With all of his ... This is the 5th book in the Incarnations of Immortality series. Later Anthony went and wrote two more. So besides the 6th one this is a must read. So, read it :p.

The fifth book of the Incarnations of Immortality series is also an excellent read. In this book, Gaea, Mother Nature, is the subject. Nature, the most powerful of the Incarnations is put into a new light. Orb, the main character, is put through a series of conflicts to test her worthiness. This book always reminds me of an old commercial, "It's not nice to fool Mother Nature". The thunderclap at the end of the commercial is expanded in this novel to be the end of the world. Once again, a hint for new readers: read this series in order! Incarnations of Immortality series.
This was originally intended to be the last book in this series. After many letters, Piers Anthony decided to write two more. The Major Incarnations then became the final two books in this series, most excellent series in itself and this book is no different
