A great and fun workout.
I thank God for Tracy Anderson. She has saved my sanity because over a year ago I had stopped smoking and I love doing her exercises. This dance plus cardio is excellent when you dont feel like going full force but still want your heart rate up. I dont dislike anything in this workout. You still get a good workout. I ONLY do Tracy Andersons exercises. She is so pleasant and sweet in her newer DVD's..I thank God for Tracy Anderson. She has saved my sanity because over a year ago I had stopped smoking and I love doing her exercises. This dance plus cardio is excellent when you dont feel like going full force but still want your heart rate up. I dont dislike anything in this workout. You still get a good workout. Very hard to follow-no instruction at all...
Did not like this workout at all! I only watched it one time. The problem is that their is no instruction. She just goes about doing all these moves, while staring at herself in all the mirrors. Very hard to follow.
