About this product

Product Information

Noir contains three long-lost thrillers by Richard Matheson, the grand master of suspense. Originally published in the 1950s, at the very beginning of Matheson's distinguished career, these page-turning classics have been largely out-of-print for decades. Now readers everywhere can savor three unforgettable tales of crime, corruption, and cold-blooded murder. . . . Someone Is Bleeding-- Dave Newton has fallen hard for Peggy, a leggy blonde with a lurid past and a heartbreaking smile. But as bloody corpses begin to litter his path, Dave is forced to confront the terrifying possibility that the woman he loves is a deranged killer! Fury on Sunday-- In the wee hours of one fateful Sunday morning, a homicidal maniac embarks on a rampage of terror and violence that threatens everyone who crosses his path, culminating in a deadly confrontation in a Manhattan apartment building. Ride the Nightmare-- Chris and Helen had the perfect suburban life--until Helen discovers her husband's guilty secret. Overnight, their peaceful existence descends into a vortex of fear and brutality that may cost them the life of their only child!

Product is 95% alike picture but a little more blurry. Controller play well but had a notice from psn that my joypad wasn't authentic and could by problematic🤷‍♂️ no trouble so far! Shipping was fast but no tracking and worst packaging ever.. like the box came banged up... send a question to seller never had a reply 😅.... Good product overall, excellent price, fast shipping, wrapped only on 4 sides out of 6, no tracking and never reply... 4★ product / 2★ seller ✌️

The book is in perfect condition, brand new, and is exactly as described. This item is difficult to find here, and the seller priced it very reasonably. It shipped from the UK to Canada, and unfortunately took a little longer to arrive than the seller hoped, but it was shipped less than 24 hours after I purchased. When I contacted the seller, they were very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Definitely recommend!

  • Always exceeds my expectations. Master of suspense!

Three fantastic stories lie inside of Richard Mathesons Noir. If you are a fan of his short stories or his novels, or even his adapted stories in the twilight zone, you will also enjoy this book as well. Suspenseful like always, page turning anticipation with its fair share twists. The first story in Noir is my favorite, with his way of writing he easily convinces you of one thing and quickly surprises you with another twist or turn. His writings always have the perfect balance of suspense, action, little witty humor thrown about will keep you turning page after page, because once your hooked, you cant put one of his books down.
