Thanks for the book. The book was almost as described. It was poorly packaged and it arrived with water damage. I think that was more on the delivery guys. It is still readable and only the cover and the first two pages have water damage. There was no sleeve as stated in the description.

This book is very concise and well-researched. Gives both the novice and seasoned scotch drinker a pointer or two. The language of 'flavors' may seem foreign to newbies, but is a good starting point to learn and ascertain the subtleties of what to expect as tastes become more acute. One small shortcoming was that not all brands are represented by their own illustration; strange when once considers there are pictures of brands which no longer exist and are unavailable for sale. Nonetheless, comes across as a very good and as unbiased as possible for such a collection of facts, history, and brands.This book is very concise and well-researched.
