I never received the package. I was refunded and still accused of receiving it even though the tracking still clearly shows that I did not. I was also asked to retract my earlier feedback. Very unprofessional, I will not conduct business again with this person again.

It’s sad when a seller does all to retrieve a package lost by USPS and it totally out of his or her control. But yet offer a full refund and updates to everything that has been done to find the package but the post office somehow doesn’t find it and asks I if the customer received it!? How are you going to be upset when I’m the one who lost out on my merchandise and money! I had a good 100% feedback because I always think making my customers happy. So please ignore this inappropriate feedback!
