Great Budget Laptop
It may not seem cheap but compared to my old laptop that I bought brand new for $800, it works way better! This has an i7 core on it so it's pretty powerful. When I received the laptop I had an issue with the windows 10 update and required me to spend two extra hours of resetting the system to fix it. But that's not the computer, just windows giving another bad update. The speakers work great! Although mine are currently not working after the reset (probably another update issue) they are loud even without headphones. The weight of the computer isn't lightweight at all but you can tell it's meant to last. My laptop was actually just as fast a new one which surprised me. I've never had a refurbished computer before and I thought they would be a bit slower. I've played four games on it ... Great Workhorse Computer
Computer arrived very well packaged and took only two days to arrive. It's incredibly fast. In fact we just had new HP computers installed where I work and they aren't as fast as this refurbished HP. It's an older model but in very good condition. I actually like the fact that it's older. The laptop is very durable and seems reliable. Battery holds a decent charge. I'm sure a new one would have a longer charge but I'm still pleased. Windows 10 upgrade is great. Customer service even called two days after delivery to see if I was pleased. Arrived very quickly, hardly any scratches, works very well and very fast. I did a couple of tweeks and bought another battery and I am happy and very impressed. For a senior citizen with a tiny income and few resources this was a big buy and at this point I have no regrets.
