What a saga this was. Initially they sent a coat that was too small despite their size chart. However, the vendor has done everything to ensure that I got the right size coat, even making one made to measure. Very honest and pleasant guy to deal with.
The coat is good quality . I would recommend but make sure you send sizes, just in case.

The seller dithered regarding a refund, instead asked for pictures of the item IN CASE it had been an error. It CLEARLY was an error, as the item bore NO resemblance whatever to the item shown online. Item has been returned for a FULL refund.

I received the wrong colour jacket. He should have taken it back or offer a reasonable solution. Instead he offered me another jacket at the same cost. No offer of taking it back or apology. Jackets listed are photos hop coloured. Seller shouldnt list colours he doesn't have.
