Bought a Harley fender from them that has factory defects on the brackets for about $50.00. Asked for a partial refund of $25 which the body shop that's painting the fender said it would cost to fix defects. The box came with handle bars sticking outside the box. They said they would refund $25.00 but they are trying to get FEDX to pay for their defective part. NOT A VERY HONEST way of doing business. I contacted many Times with NO HELP Got the fender 9/14 and today is 10/6/23 still no refund!

factory defects ???? Sir its not a defect at all , its a factory OEM Harley Davidson fender in factory box, this is how FLH Fenders look . we sold over 100 of these fenders this is Factory HD fender
