Purchased the unit on a Wednesday. 2 days went by I ask for an update and seller said he has 3 days to ship per the policy. Shipping label isnt created until Monday. Tuesday and the item hasnt been shipped. Wednesday comes and hasnt been shipped still. I ask for an update, no response. Thursday I have to threaten cancelling the order by the end of day (8 days) before he actually ships.

Then when I asked for a partial refund he had a very arrogant attitude and made excuses as to why he shipped it a dumb way for a simple item.
