    Diet for Dancers

    I really enjoyed this book. It is a quick and easy read. It was quite helpful with the information it provided. The back of the book has pages you could copy to keep track of your food intake. I would definetely recommend this book. You don't have to be a dancer to read this and just get the helpful information it offers!
