Previously happy; now disappointed
My fiance has lost his his hearing due to an inherited kidney disease. He couldn't get hearing aids through insurance, so I went this route. You should have seen his face when I put the first one in. Total shock. He's so happy & relieved. Thank you. ***Update: Well, he WAS happy. Now he's experiencing constant feedback (the high-pitched squealing in the red one-I adjusted the volume for him with no avail), & the blue one, it's like the sound stops & starts without being adjusted. He was so happy, now he's devastated. I'm pretty upset myself. I originally wrote a poor review of product, I retract that review. I just had to pick right ear plug to completely cover ear canal. After installing the proper ear plug the completely in ear canal (cic) hearing aid is fantastic. Great value for the money.
