I received the item damaged because was poorly packaged. The seller apologised and offered a refund, but due to the international shipping it isn’t a solution acceptable. I waited for a few weeks to receive the product that I could have purchased from someone else who put more care in packaging, also, I don’t want to waist more time in repackaged and send it back for a refund.
