    The book is excellent. Kristi truly watches carbs. All the recipes have the nutritional content listed. I have tried quite a few of the recipes and they are all delicious. The only con is that in the index some of the recipes are not listed in all the categories they could be and if you can't remember the exact name you may have trouble finding it. That said, there is an index of pictures of each recipe with the page number. I have looked at quite a few keto books and this is by far the best I have found. In addition to the recipes there is a lot of info about keto dieting that is very helpful. I liked this book so well I have bought her other book--Keto Gatherings.

This is not strictly about weight loss but focuses on goals to measure progress - making milestones (e.g., being able to climb stairs without being winded, buying clothes in the “regular sizes” department, controlling inflammation). This is not a ‘look at how thin I am’ book that’s all about numbers on the scale - it is a roadmap for the keto lifestyle and its benefits. (It has great recipes too!)
