Great mixer!
I 've used various mixers over the years - high end and low end. I needed a small frame analog mixer (hate digital mixers) for certain gigs. I've found that the Soundcraft is excellent. The pre-amp makes a huge difference in the sound you are sending to those speakers. The layout and controls are like the high end Soundcraft analog mixers, just scaled back. Love it. Strongly recommend the non-"FX" Soundcraft mixers. Add your effects as separate devices (reverb, limiter/compressor, etc.) If you are looking for a high end mixer (24-48 channels), you can't go wrong with Soundcraft either - you'll love it. I don't like much of anything about the Behringer/Mackie mixers - cheap sounding components. Go with Soundcraft. Every bit as good as the Allen & Heath.
