The advertisement was for "Two Tires", and I received one. The seller told me afterwards the transaction that it was only supposed to be for "one tire", and offered me $5 for the inconvenience, which I turned down. The seller did offer me a USPS return label, but being in Canada, I couldn't use it. Cost for me to return the item from Canada was $30, so I decided to accept the loss and move on.
