    Thins Blood Too Much

    While I'm sure this is a good quality product, it isn't for me. The ingredients thin the blood and after 10 days of one pill a day I started showing bruises on my body. A problem I've never experienced before.

    I have been using Adrenal Health from Gaia for over a year. I am in peri-menopause and it takes care of my symptoms like heart palpitations, hot flashes, joint pain, anxiety, and other symptoms. I'm 50 years old. I stopped a few times and all my symptoms came back, including high anxiety. I will not live without this amazing supplement. I tell everyone about it. It's just amazing!     This formula effectively calms and relieves tension and stress!

    Have been taking this and thyroid formula which has worked so well that I have more energy and am greatly able to do tasks that daunted me.
