The hard drives that I ordered were delivered in what appear to be factory sealed boxes (as described). I have not opened the boxes yet but expect them to be new. They also arrived on time. Just pay attention to shipping time to your location, since if you have a failed hard drive in your home lab or SMB you might need them quicker.
