Communicative. overly…inquisitive to the point of discomfort. I took it though. I had hoped the robe was pristine. Upon arrival smelled stale as if stored in a damp/dank place. Also a stain was on the belt. Not huge but for the price and as listed w no stains plus the interrogation not ok. I requested a partial refund for professional cleaning and they suggested I return it. For the trouble and I wanted it…No deal. I’ll just love on it by cleaning it to the standard by which it was listed.

This buyer's name and billing information did not match, by all accounts this is a red flag. We wanted more information before selling. Regarding their item review,
we never sell anything in poor condition, or unwashed, please read our previous comments. In addition we offered a FULL refund with shipping immediately and numerous times, the buyer decided to keep. That speaks for itself!
