Size wasn't as expected so I had to return the item which cost 17 pounds refund given but seller just ignored messages askig for some assistance with the return. Por service really as I was offered to exchange and pay return shipping for that as well. Stick to a online retailer and rest assured returns won't be an issue

A problem with the chin/visor mechanism, so I emailed the seller
A reply was promptly received, asking me to return the helmet
The following day, I received a telephone call saying they had received my helmet and the issue was fixed.
Within 24 hours I had my helmet back and all working superbly.
