Scrolling through feedback seems like they only reply to select sellers. Item was eventually received, but not as pictured (hoodie is shown with zipper but does not have one). Questionable authenticity for that reason. Nice material glad the seller accepted my offer. Neutral review because I am neither satisfied nor disappointed.
