Item was not as described. Seller offered free shipping but I had to pay additional costs because seller incorrectly shipped the item. I reached out several times and filed a complaint with eBay. Seller blamed the post office for being “greedy” and has not made things right.
Do not trust a seller who puts blame on someone else and refuses to pay for shipping a package or parcel the right way. Seller only paid shipping for a small letter.
As an experienced seller they should’ve known better.
