Bought 8 NOS cards in 2 groups- upon arrival, 1 was clearly used. Seller (S) had no replcmnt so I decided to keep it & asked for $10 credit. S agreed. ~1 mo later no refund. Me: refund? S: store credit (SC). Me: refund plz (RP). S: SC. Me: No, RP. S: "I don't know how to do a refund, but if it bothers you that much, I'll mail you $10." Me: "I'm the only one who has a right to be annoyed here! RP- how is up to you" I even sent instructions! Issue is lack of personal responsibility, not $10.
