    Easy read, good real-life examples.

    This is a good intro book by Sylvia. She has a very conversational style about her writing/teachings. She uses plain down-to-earth language so the layperson can understand her feelings. I liked that she included some personal "flubs" like her marriage and child-rearing issues. It's nice when someone that others put on a pedestal takes themselves down a few pegs so as to humanize their other-worldly experiences.

    Convoluted text....

    I read this book and thought What a mess Sylvia's life is! She seems to promote the idea that people have to go through a load of crap in life because that is their lot in life because of reincarnation. I seriously question the accuracy of Sylvia's understanding of reincarnation. Her spiritual concepts seem to be a mishmash of messed up ideas about Catholicism, new age and mythology that she presents as factual history. I also question her connection to one single spirit guide for the entire span of her career. Francene should move on if Sylvia is progressing as a psychic. Most mediums I know who have been doing this work as long as Sylvia Browne do report that their spirit guides to change over time as they grow and develop as psychics.     Adventures of a psychic

    Sylvia Browne has come up with fantasy and managed to pawn it off on alot of uninformed people as truth. She quotes the Bible, but totally twists the meaning of what the Bible says. She does not believe that Jesus died on the cross so that we can have eternal life. She believes in multiple gods. She believes that every one goes to heaven, no matter how evil a person is. She is a pyschic and the Bible clearly states to stay away from pyschics and mediums. She mixes a little truth with alot of falsehood and outright lies.     Sylvia Browne is a wonderful writer and psychic. Through her books that she writes, her guest appearances on many shows, including Montel Williams, and the many readings she does for people, she gives people hope.
