12TB HGST drives arrived as described (with SMART data intact). Well packaged, and even included SATA power cable adapters and kapton tape for a couple ways to get around the 3.3v power pin situation. Drives had 35-45K hours run time and no errors. So far so good!

Power on hours were a little lower than expected, no bad sectors. Packaging was excellent and included two options to deal with the PWR Disable feature: contact tape, and a SATA power adaptor. The SATA power adaptor is the molded type though, not crimped, but I didn't end up needing it anyway. Overall, very satisfied, and I'll have no issues ordering refurbished enterprise drives in the future.
