I am a candidate for full knee replacement. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. I've been using this almost a year now and am still working full time teaching and nit in severe pain. It does help lubricate my joint, otherwise I would've already had to have that surgery that I Know I need from seeing X-rays of mine. It's easy to take, easy to store and it works! Plus, the berry flavor is not bad tasting and it helps sooth my aching joints so I can move freely throughout the day without pain or any discomfort. I only take 1 TBSP in the morning instead of the recommended 2. So the cost breaks down to around $0.75 per 2 TBSP serving - !/2 the cost for 1 serving a day. Costs me less than a cup of coffee...Great value for the price- the liquid form is easy to digest - No pills to swallow.
