I know it was a used item, but it would have been nice (considerate) if the seller would have cleaned it up a little: dust and dirt on the laptop, something sticky all over the power cord, and, as I opened the box, a cockroach ran out. However, it works, and, I only bought this to format very large hard drives, so it's not going to get much use.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right.
