      This is an excellent Universal Remote that does the job!

      The good thing about the remote is that the programming can be found via online easily and that you have alternate resources to locate the manual to download which comes as a PDF (adobe) format. Also the option of choosing and selecting what source to use is good too. The only downfall about this is that it does work specifically for the cable company TDS ONLY on their DVR boxes, not their normal small HD tv set top boxes that comes with their own remote. This remote will not work on that box or cannot be programmed per the TDS tech support service department. Other than what it does, the buttons are large, visible and handy and fits perfectly in your hand. Programming is very easy to do. Even my 4 year old programmed it as I showed her how to use it.
